Full Moon June 3rd 2-23 11:41 pm – Written June 1st

As a recap of previous post, moon phases can be celebrated within a 3 day split around the actual event.  For me, full moon marks the halfway point to new moon, which is my time to reflect, tweak the path I’m on, and just over all take stock in the intents I set out last new moon. 
Full moon for me is like the sling shot around the sun using the gravitation pull, it’s the big BOOST of power in the middle of the cycle to helps me re-focus and remember the intents from 14 days ago.
I also use this power boost to strengthen all my shields around my property, possessions, and life in general. 
Personally, I find this 28 day natural cycle the easiest to work in.  The image below is from a previous full moon and this is the first time I have posted my full moon ritual and I’m doing it prior to this months full.
I re-write my spells by hand each ceremony/ritual with a glass pen and liquid ink; but I use the same rituals and spells over and over.  Repetition is the key to anything you want to do well.  I tweek the spells, sometimes changing parts to match special events, but the groove in my brain the power flows down use the same basic words, thoughts and intents, over and over.

Full Moon Ritual
The cosmos does rain down its power this night,
      bent to the will of our moon in flight.
The solar light blocked by the Earth in this hour.
      this witch does bathe in the cosmic power.
Wave after wave of invisible light, does charge her will this
wonderous night.
She lifts her hands to the sky and proclaims her intent to live
a life not in vain. 
Sowing the seeds, remembering the plan,
Balancing the fire when health demands
The wheel of the year forever turns,
but this witch rejoices while the fires burn.
Bring power and joy in the dark moonlight and lift this witch
up in her own delight.
Protection for her world from both nature and man this,
this witch’s power does demand.
Playing this night with fiery delight,
she focuses now on her life.
Make her home stand proud and tough this year
and shelter her and all she holds dear.
May my ancestor shield me from earthly harm
and hold my heart when I am worn
Let my will be heard in this moonlight
and my energy radiate into the night.
