Spell for health in a travel alter

A spell for your health and a traveling health alter.  
A jar inside a jar.  The small interior jar is filled with alter sand and charged crystal chips.  I place a birthday candle in the sand when I'm not feeling well or need a physical boost.  I light the candle and recite the spell.  The candle can burn out safely.  The larger jar is filled with rose peddles collected from my mothers rose bush, rose quartz for self love, and lavender oil.  Lid the inside jar, then the outside jar for a clean travel.
